What is meditation? It is a conscious effort to clean the mind, to control the mind. It is so simple.

Your life is based on the capacity of the energy in you, not outside of you. Therefore meditation is essential to keep your mind clear so that your spirit can come through. Meditation is for nothing other than for you to clear your mess. All thoughts in the subconscious that are negative unfulfilled and wrong start floating to the surface. That is what meditation is. Meditation is nothing but cleaning the house with a vacuum for your thoughts. You clean and that is meditation.

The duration of 40 days of practice lets the mediation provoke your subconscious to release any thoughts and emotional patterns that hinder you. A good meditation will break your old patterns, put in a seed for a new pattern, and clear the subconscious. Try to meditate at the same time each day. It is helpful to keep a journal of your daily practice.
